Job Description

  • Create engaging content across various channels, including the intranet, email newsletters, and social media platforms.
  • Manage internal communication campaigns and initiatives to drive employee engagement and awareness of key organisational messages.
  • Partner with leadership teams to develop clear and concise communication strategies for major announcements and changes.
  • Analyse data and track the effectiveness of internal communication efforts to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in internal communications.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within a government or public sector organisation.
  • Strong understanding of internal communications principles and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
