Job Description

Senior Specialist - Procurement Centre of Excellence - PMO - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

  • Develops and implements reporting frameworks to track project progress, milestones, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Regularly collects, analyzes, and synthesizes project data to produce insightful reports for stakeholders.
  • Monitors project activities to identify potential risks, issues, and deviations from plans.
  • Provides timely updates and recommendations to project managers and leadership based on analysis of monitoring data.
  • Ensures alignment of project activities with organizational goals and objectives through continuous monitoring and reporting.
  • Implements and maintains tools and systems for efficient data collection, reporting, and visualization.
  • Collaborates with project teams to enhance reporting processes and optimize project performance.
  • Conducts periodic reviews and audits to assess the effectiveness of reporting and monitoring practices, and implements improvements as necessary.
  • Supports decision-making processes by providing accurate and relevant information derived from monitoring and reporting activities.

The Successful Applicant

Senior Specialist - Procurement Centre of Excellence - PMO - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Additional certifications in project management or process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) are desirable.
  • Proven PMO experience in a Procurement environment
  • Sector experience in Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Chemicals and similar fields is preffered
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas and findings to diverse audiences, including senior management and external stakeholders.
  • Leadership and Stakeholder Management: Exceptional leadership qualities with a track record of effectively leading cross-functional teams, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and driving alignment towards common goals.
  • Our client is looking for KSA Nationals only for this position
