We are searching for a driven and detail-oriented Service Sales Manager to contribute to the organisation in the safety industry, based in Al Khobar. The role involves managing service sales, forecasting and planning, and developing strategies to improve the sales performance along with managing the technical team with respect to on going projects.

Job Description

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Forecasting annual, quarterly, and monthly sales goals.
  • Assisting sales personnel in their techniques and approaches.
  • Developing specific plans to ensure long-term sales growth.
  • Coordinating with Marketing for lead generation.
  • Conducting competitor analysis to understand market trends and conduct market research.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction through professional service.
  • Reporting on sales results to senior management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Service Sales Manager should have:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related technical field.
  • A comprehensive understanding of the Life Science industry.
  • Experience in strategic planning and business development.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
