Dual Brand and Trade Marketing role
About Our Client
Multinational FMCG in a variety of product categories with a successful track record in the region.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the SBM will be responsible for;
- Developing and laying the footprint for the category across the region
- Manage brand communication plans including campaign development, brand activations and digital plans including digital strategy, content development, SEO & media buying
- In charge of brand, consumer and market research to understand the brand & competitor performance and develop strategic insights and recommendations for growth
- Manage in store development plans and work with internal support teams and distributors on executing said plans
- Manage agencies related to Social Media, PR, Research, Media etc.
As this a mid size FMCG with an entrepreneurial mindset, there is a strong culture of working beyond the job description and the ideal candidate would be someone who is willing to work autonomously and go above and beyond his everyday tasks either to get the job done or help the team.
The Successful Applicant
To apply for this position, it is necessary to have the following experience;
- Must have between 5-8 years of brand management experience based out of UAE
- Must have operated in a brand operations role or a brand management role with dual NPD and Execution experience (Preference over candidates with only NPD/Launches experience)
- Ideally an element of trade marketing/category management/in store marketing experience
- Ideally managed an F&B portfolio in the region, open to candidates managing other categories within FMCG
