Job Description

  • Assist in developing the entity's strategies, defining KPIs, and setting targets.
  • Contribute to sector strategy roadmaps and track strategic objective achievements.
  • Lead communication plan implementation and monitor key strategic projects' progress.
  • Collect and verify milestone completion percentages quarterly and assess cluster initiatives' outcomes.
  • Manage data extraction, curation, and reporting, maintaining data quality and creating regular reports and dashboards.
  • Assist in budget preparation, financial monitoring, and compliance with approved guidelines.
  • Recommend and implement policies, procedures, and controls for effective section operations.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, prioritise EHS compliance, and ensure accurate and timely reporting across all activities.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in a strategic planning and implementation role, within a top consulting firm or a leading entity in the region.
  • Must have PMP or Lean Six Sigma qualification.
  • Strong familiarity with creating, implementing, and managing policies and procedures.
  • Highly skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) as well as PowerBI.
  • Must have strong analytical skills, along with excellent verbal and written presentation skills.
  • Highly motivated and driven, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build long- lasting client relationships.
