Save Job Back to Search Job Description Summary Similar JobsOpportunity to work directly with a leading mega project in Saudi ArabiaContribute to KSA Vision 2030About Our ClientOne of the leading mega projects in KSA focussed on Marina Development.Job DescriptionManage implementation and compliance with external accreditation schemes, such as LEED Cities & Communities, LEED (asset level), Mostadam, and other accreditation schemes the projects opt to pursue.Monitor compliance & reporting on the implementation of sustainability accreditation requirements by contractors, consultants, business partners, & supply chains as needed.Review and monitor compliance with master plan sustainability requirements on assets, public realm, infrastructure, and master plan development.Support development and implementation of site-wide waste, energy, water, material, and climate change management strategies.Review and assure asset design compliance with waste, energy, water, material, and climate change management strategies.Manage the development and implementation of sustainability accreditation strategies, systems, policies, and procedures, including the provision of training, awareness, and capacity building.Coordinate with other teams to promote synergy and to ensure that the sustainability team is integrated with Corporate and other Division's policies, manuals, and procedures.Direct the performance of the Sustainability Accreditations team toward meeting or exceeding sustainability and Project KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).The Successful ApplicantEducation: Minimum Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, sustainability, and environment.Experience: Minimum 10 years experience in sustainability and/or sustainability accreditation.Professional Certifications Preferred: LEED BD+C AP, Mostadam AP, Estidama AP, GSAS APProblem-solving abilities and adaptability to evolving project requirements.Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and managing project schedules.Familiarity with sustainable design practices, green infrastructure, and placemaking concepts.Preferred experience in the delivery of large-scale sustainability projects, especially in client or client-representative roles.Middle East sustainability accreditation experience is highly preferred.What's on OfferOpportunity to work directly with a leading mega project in Saudi ArabiaContribute to KSA Vision 2030ContactJoel ThomasQuote job refJN-122024-6610895Job summarySectorPropertySubsectorProperty & Asset ManagementIndustryPropertyLocationJeddahContract typePermanentConsultant nameJoel ThomasJob referenceJN-122024-6610895
