We are seeking an TA Officer- Onboarding to support the recruitment function within the Human Resources department of a leading organisation in the property & construction industry. This role is based in Abu Dhabi and requires a focus on onboarding and managing post placement activities to meet the company's goals.

Job Description

  • Coordinate and execute a smooth end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a positive employee experience.
  • Prepare and manage all onboarding documentation, employment contracts, system access, and compliance requirements.
  • Conduct orientation sessions and serve as the primary point of contact for new joiners during their first weeks.
  • Partner with HR, IT, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely setup of tools, equipment, and workspace.
  • Track onboarding metrics, gather feedback, and implement improvements to enhance overall onboarding efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure alignment with company policies and HR best practices.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system for accurate reporting.
  • Stay updated on market trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Prepare and present regular recruitment reports to the Human Resources team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful TA Officer - Onboarding should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in managing recruitment processes and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding experience
  • Strong knowledge in the UAE labour law and compliance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment in Abu Dhabi.
