Job Description

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Talent Management & Development Advisor should have:

  • Relevant educational qualifications in Human Resources or related field.
  • Experience in Europe of Best In Class Talent Management & Development initiatives
  • Demonstrated expertise in training management and talent development.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and industry regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to drive HR initiatives and manage multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in using HR systems and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
