Save Job Back to Search Job Description Summary Similar JobsOpportunity to be part of a top firmExcellent Career Progression & BenefitsAbout Our ClientThe company is a leading equipment manufacturing company dedicated to delivering high-quality products and services to our clients globally.Job DescriptionStructure, negotiate, and execute trade finance transactions including letters of credit, documentary collections, and trade loans.Manage the issuance, amendment, and negotiation of trade finance instruments in coordination with banks and financial institutions.Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and trade partners across Europe and Africa.Serve as the primary point of contact for trade finance-related inquiries and negotiations.Develop and manage export financing strategies to support international sales and expansion.Work with export credit agencies, multilateral agencies, and financial institutions to secure financing and insurance for export transactions.Assess and mitigate financial risks associated with international trade transactions.Implement strategies to protect the company against non-payment, currency fluctuations, and geopolitical risks.Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, sanctions, and export controls.Prepare and review trade finance documentation to ensure accuracy and adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and trade partners across Europe and Africa.Serve as the primary point of contact for trade finance-related inquiries and negotiations.Conduct financial analysis to support trade finance decisions and optimize cash flow management.Prepare regular reports on trade finance activities, performance, and market trends for senior management.Work closely with the sales, logistics, and legal teams to ensure smooth execution of export transactions.Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on trade finance processes and best practices.The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or relevant professional certification is a plus.5-10 years of experience in trade finance/export finance within banking.
