Job Description

  • Provide first-level IT support to internal users
  • Assist with hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
  • Support network and systems monitoring activities
  • Help maintain IT documentation and asset tracking
  • Contribute to IT security and compliance tasks



The Successful Applicant

  • UAE National (with Family Book)
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Strong interest in IT systems and user support
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply
