Job Description

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze client requirements, project specifications, and scope of work.
  • Assist in preparing high-quality technical and commercial proposals, ensuring they align with client needs and project objectives.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of project requirements, including cost estimates, resource allocation, and technical feasibility.
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts and engineers to gather technical inputs and incorporate them into proposals.
  • Prepare and present technical documentation, including project plans, schedules, and methodology.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and company policies.

The Successful Applicant

  • UAE National with Family Book (REQUIRED).
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Petroleum Engineering preferred).
  • Strong technical background and understanding of engineering principles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in preparing technical and commercial proposals.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with proposal software or tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
