Job Description

  • Define and implement enterprise-wide data strategy and architecture with scalability and security implementations.
  • Oversee the development of data platforms supporting reporting, advanced analytics, and machine learning.
  • Guide the team with the creation of data products and solutions to deliver actionable insights for users.
  • Establish governance frameworks for data quality, compliance, and security.
  • Collaborate with o senior stakeholders across technology and business units to embed data into strategic performance improvements.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing data team aligned to business needs.
  • Oversee budget planning for the data division, ensuring strategic investment in technology and personnel.

The Successful Applicant

  • 12+ years in data-focused roles with experience in large-scale platform development and leadership across engineering and analytics teams.
  • Expertise in data engineering, architecture, and governance at enterprise level.
  • Strong understanding of analytics, AI/ML concepts, and modern data technologies.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive adoption of data-driven culture.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field; advanced qualifications preferred (Masters, PhD, MBA)
  • Publications or notable achievements in data and AI, plus experience in finance or healthcare analytics are an advantage.
