Job Description

  • Partner with department heads to understand their needs and challenges, then develop tailored workforce strategies for success.
  • Conduct scenario-based analysis to prepare for the future and build a robust long-term strategic workforce plan.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues in recruitment and talent development to translate plans into action.
  • Continuously improve our workforce planning processes by incorporating best practices and stakeholder feedback.
