The role will act as the key link between executive leadership and the investment community, ensuring clear communication of business performance, strategy and market positioning.

Job Description

  • Partner with senior leadership and external advisers to support IPO readiness and execution activities.
  • Develop investor communications, presentations, roadshow materials and the company's investment proposition.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, analysts and broader capital markets stakeholders.
  • Lead investor engagement initiatives, including conferences, non-deal roadshows and market outreach programmes.
  • Provide management with regular insights on investor sentiment, market developments, peer activity and shareholder feedback.
  • Oversee earnings communications, shareholder engagement processes and investor-facing corporate materials.
  • Ensure compliance with market disclosure requirements, governance standards and regulatory obligations.

The Successful Applicant

  • Extensive Investor Relations experience within a listed company environment.
  • Proven involvement in an IPO transaction, ideally in a leadership capacity.
  • Strong understanding of Saudi capital markets, governance requirements and disclosure regulations.
  • Demonstrated success engaging with institutional investors and sell-side analysts.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related discipline; professional qualifications such as CFA, CAIA or MBA are advantageous.
