    I started as a trainee consultant and worked my way to CEO, so I know what makes Michael Page what it is today.   • What does the ‘average’ day look like for one of our consultants? That’s difficult to say, every day brings something new! But some of the key things you’ll do include: 

    • Building and developing client relationships
    • Understanding what each client needs and advising them on the best ways to attract talent
    • Keeping your candidate database up to date
    • Assessing and responding to the needs of each client or assignment
    • Sourcing suitable candidates and talking them through different roles
    • Managing the process from interview to offer and supporting both sides throughout
    • Giving CV, interview and general career advice
    • Networking and gathering insight that can lead to new opportunities
