Job Description

  • Support day-to-day procurement activities, ensuring procurement processes are executed efficiently and in line with established procedures.
  • Prepare regular procurement reports and monthly spend analysis to support management decision-making and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to stakeholders on procurement activities.
  • Analyse procurement and supplier data to identify cost-saving and value creation opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate supplier and procurement data within procurement and ERP systems, ensuring data integrity and quality.
  • Support procurement-related ERP initiatives including data migration, testing, process mapping, and system enhancements.
  • Support contract administration, procurement governance activities, and the maintenance of audit-ready procurement records and documentation.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
  • 2-5 years of experience in procurement, procurement operations, spend analysis, or a related analytical role.
  • Experience working with ERP systems and procurement platforms.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, including advanced Excel capabilities.
  • Experience working with large datasets and procurement-related information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and procurement reporting tools.
  • Strong attention to detail, stakeholder management skills, and an understanding of procurement processes, contract management, and procurement governance principles.
  • A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify efficiencies and process enhancements.
