Job Description

  • Lead the modernisation of legacy systems to improve performance and scalability.
  • Design and implement distributed data solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align software solutions with business needs.
  • Ensure the reliability and efficiency of software systems.
  • Identify and resolve technical challenges in system architecture.
  • Contribute to the development of technical standards and best practices.
  • Mentor junior engineers and promote knowledge sharing within the team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Staff Software Engineer should have:

  • Expertise in Java, Spring Boot.
  • Modernized a large legacy platform
  • Migrated monoliths to microservices (Flyway / Liquibase)
  • Built Kafka-based architectures.
  • Led large-scale data migrations.
  • Worked on ERP or Enterprise SaaS platforms (preferred).
  • Owned business-critical production systems
