Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business growth targets.
  • Identify and establish relationships with potential clients and business partners.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing business opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the Logistics sector.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable deals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Development Manager should have:

  • Experience in sales or business development, ideally within the Freight Forwarding industry.
  • Proven ability to identify and capitalise on business opportunities.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • A results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Knowledge of the Riyadh market and its business environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and other relevant software.
  • A degree in business, marketing or a related field.
