Job Description

  • Lead the development and execution of private banking growth strategies across key markets
  • Manage and expand a portfolio of ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) and high-net-worth (HNW) clients
  • Drive revenue generation through tailored wealth management, investment, and lending solutions
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as investment advisory, product specialists, and risk teams
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Identify market trends, client needs, and opportunities for new product development
  • Represent the organisation at networking events and industry forums

The Successful Applicant

A successful Executive Director - Private Banking should have:

  • 12+ years of experience in private banking or wealth management
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; postgraduate qualifications (e.g., MBA, CFA) preferred
  • Proven track record in managing UHNW/HNW client portfolios and achieving revenue targets
  • Strong leadership experience with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams
  • Deep understanding of investment products, credit solutions, and wealth structuring
  • Excellent relationship management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking capabilities
  • Sound knowledge of regulatory frameworks within private banking
