We are recruiting a strategic and business-oriented Finance Manager to support our distribution activities across Nigeria and Ghana.This role is ideal for a finance leader who combines operational discipline with a strong commercial mindset and who has demonstrated success in multicultural African environments.

Job Description

  • -Partner with business leaders to drive financial performance and sustainable growth,
  • -Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes,
  • -Ensure compliance with local accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements,
  • -Manage cash flow, foreign exchange exposure, and working capital optimization,
  • -Deliver insightful business analysis and performance monitoring,
  • -Support pricing, investment, and expansion decisions through financial modelling,
  • -Implement and maintain effective financial controls and procedures,
  • -Lead audit processes and coordinate with external advisors,
  • -Supervise and develop finance teams across both countries,
  • -Contribute actively to the regional management team.



The Successful Applicant

  • -University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar field,
  • -Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA) is a plus,
  • -Minimum 5 to10 years' experience in a Finance Manager or equivalent role,
  • -Strong exposure to multinational environments and multiple African markets,
  • -Experience within distribution, FMCG, retail, or trading sectors,
  • -Strong understanding of business partnering and performance management,
  • -Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills,
  • -Fluent English required.
