Our client is a leading specialist consultancy advising some of the region's most prestigious developers and asset owners on the operational planning, facilities management and estate management of large-scale master-planned communities, mixed-use developments and destination projects. They partner with clients from concept through to operations, ensuring developments are commercially sustainable, operationally efficient and future-ready.

Job Description

  • Advise developers and asset owners on facilities, estate and operational strategies across master-planned communities and mixed-use developments.
  • Review masterplans and design proposals to improve operational efficiency, maintainability, lifecycle performance and long-term asset value.
  • Develop operational readiness, transition and mobilisation strategies from construction through to live operations.
  • Support the development of operating models, governance frameworks, KPIs and service delivery standards.
  • Lead FM procurement activities, including service provider selection, mobilisation and performance management.
  • Develop lifecycle maintenance, asset management and infrastructure operation strategies.
  • Collaborate with development, design and project delivery teams to ensure operational requirements are embedded throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare client presentations, technical reports and strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Consultant - Facilities (Masterplanned Communities) should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Real Estate or a related discipline.
  • 10 years' experience within FM consultancy, estate management consultancy
  • Proven experience working on master-planned communities, districts or large mixed-use developments with multiple asset classes and public realm
  • Strong understanding of operational readiness, estate management, facilities management strategy and lifecycle planning
  • Experience engaging with developers, consultants and senior client stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills
  • Middle East project experience is highly preferred
