Job Description

  • Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable server‑side applications and APIs
  • Develop and optimise database structures to ensure fast, reliable data access
  • Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and AI teams to enhance product functionality
  • Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve system efficiency
  • Integrate third‑party services while maintaining reliability and security

The Successful Applicant

  • 4 years' backend development experience with strong proficiency in Python
  • At least 2 years' experience working with AI-assisted tools
  • Clear communicator able to explain technical concepts to non‑technical teams
  • Bonus: exposure to full‑stack development, SRE/DevOps, or AI‑powered products
