Job Description

Sales & Business Development

  • Respond to enquiries related to training, recognition, and membership services in a timely and professional manner
  • Prepare, update, and maintain standard proposals in both English and Arabic
  • Coordinate regional visits, including arranging client meetings and certificate handovers
  • Review and proofread emails, brochures, and other marketing materials related to training programmes and events

Procurement, Vendor Management & Sales Coordination

  • Support procurement-related and administrative processes in line with local practices in Saudi Arabia
  • Set up customer accounts within the internal invoicing system; experience with Zoho is preferred
  • Prepare, issue, and upload invoices to relevant client portals as required
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams on invoicing, submissions, and related administrative matters
  • Maintain accurate records for proposals, customer information, and invoicing documentation



The Successful Applicant

  • About 5 years of relevant experience in sales in a support capacity - pre-sales, post-sales or customer management, which is heavily regulated and administrative
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English
  • Experience in proposal preparation, invoicing, and coordination with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Familiarity with procurement and customer portal processes in Saudi Arabia
  • Willingness to travel across the kingdom to meet customers when required to coordinate their training
