Job Description

  • Lead the development and implementation of financial strategies to support business objectives.
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
  • Provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making.
  • Monitor and control financial risks, ensuring effective mitigation strategies are in place.
  • Supervise and develop the finance team to achieve effective operations.
  • Drive initiatives to optimise cost efficiency and maximise profitability.

The Successful Applicant

A successful CFO should have:

  • 15+ years of finance leadership experience.
  • CFO, Deputy CFO or Finance Director experience.
  • Exposure to investment companies, sovereign wealth structures, private equity, venture capital or investment management organisations.
  • Strong corporate governance expertise.
  • Treasury, portfolio reporting and investment finance experience.
  • Experience supporting boards, investment committees or government-related stakeholders.
  • Middle East experience.
  • Demonstrated strategic finance leadership.
