Job Description

  • Act as a trusted adviser on strategic priorities, opportunities and risks
  • Drive progress against executive objectives and key initiatives
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior government and external stakeholders
  • Support board, governance and executive leadership activities
  • Lead high-profile cross-functional projects and special initiatives
  • Represent senior leadership in selected external engagements
  • Help establish the operating cadence, processes and effectiveness of the Executive Office



The Successful Applicant

  • UAE National with family book
  • Experience within Executive Affairs, Strategy, Government Affairs, Special Projects or a comparable environment
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders
  • Strong strategic thinking, judgement and stakeholder management capability
  • Experience supporting executive decision-making in a complex organisation
  • Arabic and English language skills essential
