Job Description

  • Utilise various sourcing methods to attract high-calibre candidates.
  • Maintain a strong talent pipeline to support future hiring demands.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies during the hiring process.
  • Analyse recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the recruitment team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Talent Acquisition Manager should have:

  • Experience in talent acquisition within the industrial and manufacturing sector.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
