  • Establish strong relationships with media, industry publications and content creators to enhance reputation and credibility.
  • Develop strategies to strengthen visibility across AI-powered search, discovery and recommendation platforms.
  • Monitor brand sentiment and identify opportunities to amplify customer stories, product innovation and brand advocacy.
  • Analyse performance data and present actionable insights that improve engagement, acquisition and overall brand impact.
