The business is part of a global group with a strong footprint in emerging economies, supplying essential products to both domestic and export markets, and continuing to invest in long-term regional growth.Job Description· Act as a strategic finance partner to the Country GM, contributing to the development and execution of country strategy and five-year business plans· Translate strategic objectives into clear financial plans supported by data-driven analysis and benchmarking· Lead end-to-end financial management including budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, statutory reporting, and group reporting in line with global timelines· Own the monthly close process, financial commentary, and performance reviews, highlighting risks, opportunities, and corrective actions· Establish and maintain a strong financial control environment to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with local statutory and group requirements· Oversee all accounting, tax, treasury, funding, and cash flow management activities, including working capital optimisation· Provide detailed cost analysis across manufacturing and supply chain operations, identifying efficiency and margin improvement opportunities· Support commercial decision-making through pricing analysis, market insights, and competitor evaluation· Lead capital expenditure planning, investment appraisals, and funding discussions with senior stakeholders and the board· Manage banking relationships and oversee foreign exchange exposure and risk management· Act as the key point of contact for internal and external audits, ensuring timely resolution of findings and continuous improvement· Serve as Compliance Officer for Pakistan, embedding governance, risk management, and anti-bribery frameworks across the organisation· Lead, develop, and mentor finance and IT teams, building capability to support both current operations and future growth· Drive a high-performance culture, promoting accountability, continuous improvement, and strong collaboration across functions· Represent finance as a key member of the Pakistan leadership team and engage effectively with regional and global stakeholdersThe Successful Applicant· Qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent)· Mandatory background in manufacturing environments· Mandatory experience within multinational organisations· 10 to 15 years' experience at Financial Controller, Head of Finance, or equivalent senior leadership level· Strong knowledge of IFRS, local statutory reporting, tax, and compliance requirements· Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and influence decision-making at country and regional level· Strong commercial acumen with the ability to move beyond reporting into forward-looking insight· Resilient, adaptable, and capable of leading change in complex operational environments· Willingness and commitment to work on-site in Lahore, PakistanWhat's on Offer· Senior leadership role within a globally recognised manufacturing group· High level of exposure to regional and global stakeholders· Opportunity to shape long-term strategy and investment decisions· Broad remit covering finance, IT, governance, and transformation· Platform to build and lead high-performing teams in a growth-focused environmentContactCheyenne CoutinhoQuote job refJN-042026-7003310Job summarySectorFinance & AccountingSubsectorFinancial Director / CFOIndustryIndustrial / ManufacturingLocationInternationalContract typePermanentConsultant nameCheyenne CoutinhoJob referenceJN-042026-7003310
