They focus on delivering high quality solutions within their sector and are expanding their operations in the UAE, offering a dynamic environment with strong leadership and growth ambitions.Job Description· Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes ensuring accuracy and timeliness· Prepare and review financial statements in line with IFRS standards· Oversee general ledger integrity, reconciliations, and financial reporting packs· Manage manufacturing finance activities including production accounting, inventory, and cost controls· Review inventory valuation, WIP, finished goods, and provisions including slow moving and obsolete stock· Partner with operational teams across production, procurement, and supply chain to enhance financial controls· Support product costing and profitability analysis through alignment of operational and financial data· Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes· Conduct variance analysis and monitor key financial performance drivers· Prepare executive dashboards and present insights to senior stakeholders· Oversee cash flow forecasting, working capital management, and liquidity planning· Strengthen internal controls, governance frameworks, and finance policies· Identify financial and operational risks and implement mitigation strategies· Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance· Ensure adherence to IFRS, UAE VAT, and corporate tax regulations· Drive ERP enhancements and process improvements to increase automation and efficiency· Maintain data integrity and improve reporting capabilities within finance systems· Act as a key finance business partner supporting commercial and operational decisions· Evaluate capital investments, pricing strategies, and business cases· Lead and develop the finance team, setting clear objectives and driving performance· Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvementThe Successful Applicant· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field· Professional qualification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA preferred· Minimum 10 years of finance experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role· Mandatory experience within a manufacturing environment· Strong expertise in IFRS, FP&A, inventory accounting, and internal controls· Experience working with ERP systems, with Odoo as an advantage· Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and corporate tax regulations· Advanced Excel skills with Power BI as a plus· Candidates must be based in the UAE· Immediately available candidates are preferredWhat's on Offer· Opportunity to lead the finance function within a growing manufacturing business· Exposure to senior leadership and strategic decision making· Dynamic and fast paced working environment· Clear scope for process improvement and impactContactCheyenne CoutinhoQuote job refJN-072026-7065892Job summarySectorFinance & AccountingSubsectorFinance ManagerIndustryIndustrial / ManufacturingWhereDubaiContract typePermanentConsultant nameCheyenne CoutinhoJob referenceJN-072026-7065892
