As Group Chief Financial Officer, you will be responsible for leading the Group's financial strategy, governance, performance management, and capital allocation agenda.Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the Board, you will provide commercial and strategic leadership across all aspects of finance, including FP&A, treasury, corporate finance, M&A, taxation, financial control, risk management, and finance transformation.

Job Description

  • Driving the Group's long-term financial strategy and growth plans.
  • Leading budgeting, forecasting, performance management, and business partnering activities across the portfolio.
  • Advising on capital allocation, investments, acquisitions, disposals, and corporate transactions.
  • Overseeing treasury, banking relationships, funding strategy, and capital structure.
  • Ensuring robust financial controls, governance, compliance, and reporting standards.
  • Driving finance transformation, automation, data-led decision making, and systems optimisation.
  • Acting as a trusted adviser to the CEO, Board, shareholders, lenders, and external stakeholders.
  • Building and developing a high-performing finance leadership team across the Group.



The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will be a seasoned finance leader with significant experience operating at Group CFO level within a complex, multi-business organisation.

You will possess:

  • A recognised accounting qualification (ACA, CA, CPA or equivalent).
  • 20+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
  • Proven Group CFO experience within a large, diversified organisation.
  • Strong expertise across FP&A, treasury, corporate finance, financial control, and capital allocation.
  • Demonstrated M&A, investment appraisal, and transaction execution experience.
  • Strong understanding of IFRS, governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience working closely with Boards, shareholders, lenders, and executive leadership teams.
  • A track record of leading finance transformation and driving operational excellence.
  • UAE experience is essential, with broader GCC exposure viewed favourably.
