An entrepreneurial investment platform is seeking an Investment Manager to support deal sourcing, execution and portfolio management across a diverse portfolio, with a particular focus on media, content and creator-economy businesses. The role offers direct access to senior decision-makers and the opportunity to play a hands-on role in building and scaling investments across Europe and the Middle East.

The group invests long-term proprietary capital and is actively expanding its presence within founder-led media, content and creator-economy businesses while managing a broader portfolio of established operating companies.

Job Description

  • Source and originate investment opportunities across media and related sectors.
  • Build relationships with founders, management teams and intermediaries.
  • Conduct commercial and financial analysis of prospective investments.
  • Develop financial models, valuation analyses and investment cases.
  • Support transaction execution from origination through completion.
  • Coordinate due diligence processes and external advisors.
  • Prepare investment committee materials and recommendations.
  • Monitor portfolio company performance and identify value creation opportunities.
  • Support portfolio company management teams with strategic initiatives.
  • Perform valuation, benchmarking and market analysis across investments.
  • Assist with acquisitions, strategic projects and business reviews.
  • Prepare management and board-level reporting materials.
  • Manage multiple concurrent investment and portfolio workstreams.
  • Work closely with senior leadership on investment strategy and execution.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-10 years of experience within private equity, principal investing, M&A or corporate development.
  • Exposure to media, content, entertainment, marketing services or creator-economy businesses.
  • Strong transaction execution and financial modelling experience.
  • Experience supporting acquisitions, due diligence and investment analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working directly with founders and management teams.
  • Understanding of media and digital business models.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of ownership and execution capability.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach.
  • Comfortable operating in a lean, fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to relocate to or be based in Dubai.
  • Degree-qualified with a strong academic background.
