Job Description

  • Monitor daily data loads, scheduled processes, and reporting environments to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Investigate data quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive effective resolutions.
  • Execute SQL queries to validate data accuracy and identify discrepancies across multiple systems.
  • Collaborate with analytics, technology, and business teams to troubleshoot and resolve reporting-related challenges.
  • Support Power BI and enterprise reporting platforms while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • 2-4 years' experience in Data Support, BI Support, Reporting Support, MIS, Application Support, or Data Analyst roles.
  • Strong SQL or PL/SQL skills with the ability to analyse and validate large datasets.
  • Experience investigating data-related issues and ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Understanding of databases, data flows, reporting environments, and data warehousing concepts.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
