Job Description

  • Define and drive the enterprise AI and automation road map aligned with business priorities
  • Identify and prioritise high-value AI and digital use cases across operations and support functions
  • Design and deploy practical solutions (e.g., predictive analytic, automation, IOT-enabled systems)
  • Build and test MVP's and pilots, then scale successful initiatives across the organisation
  • Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders (technology providers, startups, academia)
  • Act as a bridge between technical solutions and business needs, ensuring adoption and execution



The Successful Applicant

  • Strong expertise in artificial intelligence and its applications in the FM-CG industry.
  • Experience in AI, automation, digital transformation, or Industry 4.0
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing AI strategies within a business context.
  • Strong hands-on experience with AI/ML, data analytic, and Python-based development
  • Proficiency in managing cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration.
  • Strong understanding of data architecture, IOT systems, and enterprise platforms
  • Ability to stay updated on the latest developments in AI and industry trends.
