Job Description

  • Drive revenue growth in Saudi Arabia by identifying new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and achieving assigned targets across banking and financial institutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders (C-level executives, compliance leaders, and IT teams) to position solutions aligned with regulatory and operational needs.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans, including pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and market penetration initiatives within the KSA financial sector.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, product, and delivery teams to tailor proposals, conduct presentations, and ensure successful solution positioning and deal closure.
  • Stay up to date with local regulatory requirements and industry trends (e.g., AML, sanctions compliance, payments), using this knowledge to advise clients and strengthen competitive positioning.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in Sales within the SaaS (Financial Services focus), Fintech or AML/KYC industry.
  • A strong understanding of financial services.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to work independently and drive results in a target-oriented environment.
  • Arabic speaker is a must
