With a sophisticated investment platform and a growing portfolio of institutional partnerships, the business is seeking an experienced finance professional to support investor, joint venture and lender reporting across its investment structuresJob DescriptionPrepare and deliver monthly, quarterly and annual reporting packs for institutional co-investors across project-level investment vehicles.Calculate and maintain equity return metrics, including IRR, MOIC, capital account statements and distribution entitlements.Prepare and review distribution waterfall calculations and coordinate capital drawdown and distribution notices.Act as a key point of contact for investor reporting queries, information requests and ad hoc analysis.Support the preparation and delivery of financial reporting to joint venture partners in line with contractual obligations.Maintain reporting calendars and registers for shareholder agreements, joint ventures and financing arrangements.Assist board and shareholder reporting through the preparation of financial reports, analysis and supporting schedules.Prepare lender reporting deliverables, including covenant calculations, compliance certificates and information undertakings.Support debt capital markets and Sukuk reporting requirements in collaboration with treasury, legal and external stakeholders.Monitor covenant compliance and highlight emerging risks and reporting requirements.Support accounting across complex multi-entity structures, including SPVs and joint venture arrangements.Drive improvements in financial controls, reporting processes and governance frameworks.Coordinate with auditors, legal advisers and compliance teams on investor and lender reporting matters.Work closely with senior leadership and key internal stakeholders across finance, treasury and investment functions.The Successful ApplicantA successful Vice President - Investor Reporting should have:10-12 years of experience within investor reporting, fund reporting, joint venture reporting, financial control, real estate investment, private equity, asset management or institutional investment environments.Chartered Accountant qualification (CA, ACCA or CPA) is mandatory.Additional qualifications such as CFA, LLB or Company Secretary certification would be advantageous.Strong experience within real estate development, private equity or institutional investment platforms, ideally within the GCC region.Demonstrated expertise in distribution waterfalls, equity return calculations and shareholder reporting obligations.Experience with lender reporting, covenant compliance and capital markets disclosure requirements is highly desirable.Strong technical knowledge of IFRS, including IFRS 15 revenue recognition, consolidation and financial reporting.Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills with exposure to ERP systemExcellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management capabilities.Ability to manage multiple reporting deadlines across complex investment structures while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and confidentiality.What's on OfferGreat exposureGood team cultureContactGitika AggarwalQuote job refJN-052026-7012971Job summarySectorBanking & Financial ServicesSubsectorCorporate Finance / Mergers & AcquisitionsIndustryFinancial ServicesLocationDubaiContract typePermanentConsultant nameGitika AggarwalJob referenceJN-052026-7012971
