The Real Estate Manager is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing new locations for the company's expansion. This role involves market research, site selection, lease negotiation, and relationship management with property owners and developers.

To manage all administrative and office functions related to the projects in cooperation with site project managers, vendors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that project timelines are met, budgets are adhered to, and deliverables meet quality standards.

Engineering professional or certified operator with a master's degree. Must hold credentials demonstrating a minimum of ten (10) years of proven experience as a specialist in the commissioning of pumping stations or water treatment plants. The AVP - Worker Welfare will lead and implement programmes that support worker welfare compliance and well-being within the construction department. The role is based in Abu Dhabi and requires expertise in property-related worker welfare standards, sustainability and practices.
