This role will support the financial accounting activities for multiple legal entities across the EMEA region, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and strong internal controls. Based in Dubai, the Associate Accounting Manager will play a key part in month-end closing, tax compliance, financial analysis, and office administration oversight.
The Commercial Director is responsible for leading the organisation's commercial direction and driving revenue growth across all Entertainment business assets (Amusement Parks, Cinemas, Concert Arenas etc). The role oversees commercial strategy execution, sales leadership, partnerships with tour operators, sponsorships, and commercial negotiations to ensure the business achieves sustainable commercial performance.

You will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the development and execution of B2G sales strategies, management of the end-to-end B2G sales cycle, and expansion of the customer and partners base. The role is accountable for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strategic customer relationships, managing B2G sales pipelines (MEA), and achieving revenue targets.
You will be responsible for defining and executing the organisation's global growth strategy across government and enterprise markets. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, this individual will lead commercial growth, strategic partnerships, business development and marketing, while building a scalable framework to support international expansion and long-term success.
This is a core finance role responsible for financial accounting, reporting, and month-end close across regional entities. It offers exposure to IFRS reporting, audits, and stakeholder interaction within a banking environment.
