Job Description

  • Develop and execute the enterprise technology strategy and roadmap.
  • Establish the target technology architecture, platforms and governance framework.
  • Build and lead the organisation's technology function, operating model and team.
  • Oversee enterprise applications, systems integration, digital identity and access management.
  • Lead cybersecurity, technology risk, resilience and business continuity capabilities.
  • Deliver modern cloud infrastructure, end-user technology and workplace services.
  • Partner with business, academic and operational stakeholders to enable digital transformation and AI adoption.
  • Manage technology budgets, strategic suppliers and third-party service providers while ensuring delivery excellence.

The Successful Applicant

  • Deep exposure to AI, data platforms, emerging technologies and innovation-led environments
  • Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role such as CTO, CIO or equivalent.
  • Track record of building or transforming technology capabilities via AI within complex organisations.
  • Modern enterprise architecture and shared-platform leadership expertise.
  • Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity and technology operations.
  • Experience delivering large-scale digital transformation and business-critical technology programmes.
  • Strong commercial acumen with responsibility for budgets, vendors and technology investments.
  • Experience building, leading and developing high-performing technology teams.
