Job Description

  • Lead internal and external communications strategy across the organisation
  • Establish communications governance, standards, and best practices
  • Drive organisational change and transformation communications initiatives
  • Oversee brand management, reputation, and communications consistency
  • Provide strategic communications counsel to senior leadership
  • Manage external agencies, partners, and specialist suppliers
  • Lead and develop an established communications team

  • UAE National with extensive communications leadership experience
  • Proven track record transforming or building communications functions
  • Experience leading both internal and external communications activities
  • Strong background in organisational change and transformation communications
  • Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders and leadership teams
  • Experience managing teams, communications frameworks, and brand governance
