This senior leadership position will define and oversee enterprise cyber security strategy, governance, risk and compliance across integrated IT and OT environments. You will lead cyber security operations, strengthen organisational resilience and work closely with executive leadership, plant operations, technology teams and external stakeholders.

Job Description

  • Own and execute the enterprise-wide cyber security strategy across IT and OT environments.
  • Lead cyber governance, risk management, regulatory compliance, security operations and data privacy.
  • Establish robust OT security controls while protecting plant safety, availability and operational continuity.
  • Oversee cyber security budgets, strategic projects, vendors and specialist technical teams.
  • Advise senior leadership on emerging cyber threats, vulnerabilities, risk exposure and remediation priorities.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related discipline.
  • 10-15 years' experience spanning cyber security, IT/OT systems, infrastructure, networking and security leadership.
  • Strong industrial or manufacturing experience, including automation/control systems and OT security architecture.
  • Deep knowledge of cloud and hybrid infrastructure, ideally including Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, IaaS, PaaS and SaaS security.
  • Certifications such as CISM, CISA, CRISK, GICSP, ISO 27001 or PMP are highly desirable, alongside significant people-leadership experience.
