Job Description

  • Define and execute the enterprise AI strategy, driving adoption of Machine Learning, Generative AI, and advanced analytics across the organisation. Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI solutions, including LLM-powered applications, predictive models, intelligent automation, and AI agents.
  • Establish AI engineering best practices covering MLOps, model governance, monitoring, explainability, security, and responsible AI.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify, prioritise, and deliver high-value AI use cases that improve efficiency and decision making.
  • Build and develop a high-performing Data & AI function while fostering a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning.

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years' experience in Data, AI, Machine Learning, or Advanced Analytics, including leadership responsibility.
  • Hands-on experience designing and deploying AI/ML solutions using Python, cloud AI platforms, and modern data architectures.
  • Proven track record delivering AI products from concept to production within complex enterprise environments.
