This role leads the end-to-end technology strategy, architecture, and engineering for a complex, multi-region digital commerce ecosystem. You will partner with business and product leaders to deliver scalable platforms while building and leading a high-performing engineering organisation.

Job Description

  • Define and execute the digital commerce technology roadmap and vision
  • Lead architecture across Salesforce Commerce Cloud and SAP ecosystems
  • Drive headless, composable, API-first and cloud-native innovation
  • Oversee integrations across payments, OMS, logistics, and third parties
  • Build and lead high-performing engineering teams across regions

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years' experience in retail commerce technology leadership (essential)
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFRA, Headless, SCAPI)
  • Mandatory Salesforce certifications (SFCC Architect/B2C Architect/Developer
  • Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA, OMS, and enterprise integrations
  • Proven ability to lead large, distributed engineering teams and platforms
