Job Description

  • Develop financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting frameworks.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to provide commercial insight and decision support.
  • Design and implement scalable finance processes, controls and governance structures.
  • Support finance transformation initiatives, including ERP and workflow implementation.
  • Manage relationships with outsourced service providers and external partners.
  • Drive process improvement, automation and operational efficiency initiatives.
  • Support strategic projects, business cases and long-term financial planning activities.

The Successful Applicant

  • UAE National with experience in finance, FP&A, business partnering or commercial finance.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence decision-making and provide commercial insight.
  • Experience improving processes, implementing change or supporting transformation initiatives.
  • Interest in technology, automation and modern finance operating models.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of ambiguity.
