About Our Client

Our client is one of the world's leading schools groups, with a network of premium international schools across multiple regions. The Middle East regional headquarters, based in Dubai, supports schools across the region and continues to expand its student recruitment capabilities to support growth across Asia and the Middle East.

As part of this expansion, we are seeking a Mandarin-speaking Sales Associate to join the team in Dubai.

Job Description

  • Manage inbound and outbound enquiries from prospective clients.
  • Conduct consultative conversations to understand student needs and recommend suitable schools.
  • Guide clients through the admissions and enrolment journey.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain high conversion rates.
  • Maintain accurate records and updates within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with admissions, marketing, and school-based teams.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective families to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  • Meet individual and team recruitment targets.
  • Provide market feedback and insights to support recruitment strategies.



IMPORTANT:

Due to the focus on Asian markets, this role requires flexibility to work early morning shifts.

Expected shift patterns may include:

  • 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM (UAE time), or
  • 5:00 AM - 1:00 PM (UAE time)



The role is Mon-Fri in the office, with free parking available on-site.

The Successful Applicant

Essential

  • Fluent Mandarin and English language skills (spoken and written).
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, student recruitment, admissions, hospitality, airline, travel, education, or other customer-facing environments.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced inbound/outbound environment.
  • Excellent organisational and follow-up skills.
  • Comfortable working onsite in Dubai on a full-time basis.



Preferred

  • Experience within education, international schools, higher education, admissions, or student recruitment.
  • Experience working with Asian markets or Mandarin-speaking customers.
