You will play a pivotal role in building & executing the GTM strategy for a newly launched ERP and AI software solution tailored to the real estate brokerage industry. This is a highly entrepreneurial role requiring a hands-on sales leader who is equally comfortable developing market strategies, identifying growth opportunities, building industry relationships, and managing complex sales opportunities from prospecting through to contract signature.

The solution combines operational management, automation, analytics, and AI-driven insights to help agencies improve agent productivity, streamline processes, and accelerate business growth.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute the UAE sales strategy for the business.
  • Identify and target real estate brokerages, property management firms, and real estate groups across the UAE.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and present value-driven business cases to decision-makers.
  • Own the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
  • Engage with C-level leaders, brokerage owners, Managing Directors, and Operations Heads.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, and Leadership teams to provide market insights and customer feedback.
  • Establish strategic partnerships within the UAE real estate ecosystem.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, and real estate exhibitions.
  • Achieve and exceed revenue growth targets while contributing to the long-term commercial strategy of the business.
  • Support the development of pricing, market positioning, and customer acquisition plans for future expansion.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B software sales experience, preferably within ERP, PropTech, SaaS, CRM, or Enterprise Technology solutions.
  • Strong understanding and network of the UAE real estate brokerage market.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to develop strategic sales plans.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to engage with senior executives and business owners.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the capability to thrive in a high-growth startup environment.
  • Self-motivated, highly autonomous, and results-driven.
  • UAE market experience is a must
