Job Description

  • Own full lifecycle delivery of ERP and complex enterprise transformation programmes
  • Lead multiple concurrent workstreams under a single, integrated roadmap
  • Establish and enforce robust governance, change control, and delivery standards
  • Manage system integrators, vendors, and commercial performance
  • Ensure business readiness, operational transition, and benefits realisation

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • 15+ years delivering large‑scale ERP or enterprise IT transformation programmes
  • Proven leadership of at least one full ERP implementation or major re‑platforming
  • Strong experience managing system integrators and complex vendor ecosystems
  • Confident engaging executive stakeholders in governance‑heavy environment
