Job Description

  • Analyse healthcare, operational, and financial data to identify trends, risks, and performance improvement opportunities.
  • Support the integration of data from multiple sources into a unified analytics environment.
  • Partner with data engineers, IT teams, and business stakeholders to ensure data quality and consistency.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and insights that enable informed strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Contribute to initiatives focused on improving patient outcomes and organisational effectiveness.
  • Document analytical methodologies, processes, and data governance practices to ensure accuracy and transparency.
  • Respond to ad hoc analysis requests and provide timely reporting support to leadership teams.



The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Data Analytics, Healthcare Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a similar discipline.
  • Strong experience with analytics and visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
  • Proven ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
  • Experience working collaboratively across multiple business functions and stakeholder groups.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly.
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English.
