This role provides end‑to‑end execution support for live corporate finance transactions, coordinating with front‑office, product teams, credit, and legal functions. It involves preparing credit materials, managing documentation, liaising with clients, and ensuring timely, high‑quality execution of financing transactions.

This role is responsible for leading credit underwriting and risk assessment for financial institutions and large corporates across the MENAT region. You will also manage credit monitoring, asset quality, IFRS9/ECL processes, and support risk reporting for senior management and regulatory stakeholders.

The Finance Analyst will work closely with the Finance Manager to analyse transactions, manage execution processes, and maintain accurate reporting to ensure deals are implemented efficiently and risks are effectively monitored.

This role provides essential support in the technical and commercial evaluation of new business opportunities. It involves conducting market assessments, technical analysis, and financial evaluations to inform strategic investment decisions and support project development.
