The role will oversee employee lifecycle management, HR compliance, employee relations support, payroll and benefits administration, immigration processes, HR systems, and workforce data governance across a complex international workforce.

Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end HR operations across multiple countries, driving consistency, compliance, and service excellence.
  • Manage all employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, contracts, transfers, promotions, and separations.
  • Oversee UAE immigration, expatriate employment contracts, international assignments, and related documentation.
  • Drive HR governance, policies, procedures, compliance monitoring, and employee relations support.
  • Coordinate payroll and benefits administration through local teams, Finance, and external providers.
  • Own HR systems, employee master data integrity, reporting, and operational workforce analytics.
  • Lead and develop HR Operations, HR Data, Systems, Administration, and PRO resources while influencing territory HR teams.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 10 years' progressive HR experience with significant HR Operations leadership responsibility.
  • Proven experience managing HR operations across multiple countries and legal jurisdictions (essential).
  • Strong HR generalist background covering employee lifecycle, employee relations, contracts, compliance, payroll, benefits, and HR systems.
  • Experience supporting large blue-collar workforces within industrial, engineering, construction, manufacturing, mining, logistics, heavy equipment, or similar sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE employment legislation, immigration processes, and expatriate workforce administration.
